At the end of the last season of the Tyler Perry show, BET released a trailer that gave a hint of what fans can expect. In that promo, we learn that Zac’s (played by Devale Ellis) legal problems have only just begun, and see Fatima (Crystal Renee Hayslett) threatening Hayden (Chris Warren).
With a new Sistas spin-off coming soon, Season 4 could see two major cast members leave the show.

When is Sistas Season 4 out?
Just two weeks after the last season aired, Sistas is back. Season 4, Episode 1 will air on Wednesday, January 5 on BET. The series is still in its usual time slot, Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET. Episodes will then air weekly on that day.
How to watch Sistas online for free
Shortly after airing on BET, episodes will be available on the network’s website and app. To view these, fans have to sign in with their TV provider. TV providers that offer access to BET include most cable companies as well as online live TV services like Hulu Plus Live TV and YouTube TV.
However, there is a way to watch episodes online for free. Viewers can sign up for a free 24-hour pass to the service by entering their email address and date of birth.

The two cast members fans may have to get ready to say goodbye to are Hayslett and Ellis. In December 2021, it was reported that BET is set to release Zatima, a spin-off starring their characters which is coming to the BET+ streaming service in 2022.
What will happen in Sistas Season 4?
The plot synopsis for Season 4 does not give much away. It reads: “Season 4 of Tyler Perry’s Sistas continues the unbounded connection between the five girlfriends as they move through everyday life, circumstances and each finding a new voice, one that demands everyone listens. These five women go after what they desire and handle the blows of life with resilience, determination, and the support of each other.”
The synopsis for the first episode does not offer much else: “Danni finds herself in a compromising predicament and receives unsolicited help from El Fuego [Dion Rome].”
The trailer does, however, give us some hints about what to expect. Karen, for example, is shown dealing with her pregnancy. In the promo, we see her say she is worried about Zac because she does not want the father of her child go to prison—but as fans will know, it is not entirely certain whether he is the father.
Elsewhere in the trailer, the show hints at a new love interest for Sabrina, and shows Danni and Preston falling out over El Fuego.
