In comparison, the digital Deluxe edition of Sifu gave players a digital soundtrack and art book, along with early access to the game. Developer Sloclap announced that players who had ordered the Deluxe edition of Sifu will be receiving a special gift.

The game ran into unexpected problems during its launch, where Sifu was unable to be downloaded from the PSN Store for a short while. While this issue has been resolved, this was problematic for early access players who had paid for the Deluxe edition. Many players lost a chunk of the early access window due to this issue, to which the developer promised that it would be making it up for those who were affected. On the game’s Twitter page, it announced that fans who bought the Deluxe edition of Sifu will be receiving an exclusive cosmetic outfit.

The deluxe edition outfit hasn’t been revealed yet, though the developer noted that will be coming soon. This is scheduled to be added in early May, which will coincides with the first major update to Sifu. More information about this update and outfit will be given to fans at a later date as well.

The developers of Sifu also reveal that the team behind the game will be adding more outfits much later in future updates. The post asks fans to share their own ideas of what kinda skins should be added to the game. It notes there’s no guarantee for their ideas to make it into the game, but the team will be looking at the propositions. Fans have already submitted some fitting choices as skins, such as Marvel’s Daredevil, Shang-Chi, or even Son Goku from Dragon Ball.
